Pros

Awesome place to work. There is a lot of room for growth within the company. They definitely try to keep good employees and make it worth while. Also, free treats and gym pass.

Cons

I don't love the jargon used in corporate culture.

Great culture here with a focus on achieving outputs. Employees are encouraged to agile and flexible in a dynamically changing environment. Team is focused on making a difference for customers. Solera principles are common sense... a great framework for building teams and prioritizing work and bringing value to the marketplace. Employees learn the principles as part of their everyday interactions and learning, and are encouraged to find relevant and personal ways to apply the principles to their work and life. Think 80/20, Act 30/30, and Live 90/10.

Pros

People at the low level on chain of food are nice, try to help each other. Some perks like ping pong table, snacks and coffee. Summer company event.

Cons

Company used to be better a few years ago, a bit more planning and more organized. Nowadays the software development process is all over, no priorities from management, everything has to get done. Work nights, weekends and everything is urgent and important. People is overworked and everyday priority changes. The corporate works his way in a bully fashion, some day they will come and say "we need this for the end of day" no matter what you are doing you need to drop it off, then deliver what they asked and try to catch up with your previous task. They have 'hackatons' more like the company takes you for 3 days for a 7/24 work to death with deliverables every couple hours.
