      Literally none. If you work for a great company and then were acquired by Solera, leave ASAP.

      I've worked for quite a few different companies over the years this is hands-down the worst. Terrible upper management, terrible benefits. They literally don't know what they've purchased or hardly anything about any of the companies they purchased. Blindly terminate many employees, and then seem frustrated when there are pieces that can't be picked up.

      - I worked for a company that was bought out/acquired by Solera. The company was great before, and as many others have said, we were gutted with massive layoffs with no honest explanation. Sure, I understand with an acquisition layoffs happen. This was a huge part of our workforce gone in a flash, some teams being cut by more than 50%. - no clear direction - no clear explanations - overpromises - insane expectations - a computer tracking system to monitor your every move... are you kidding me? - lack of trust
