      Lots of people worked remotely, precovid. So they were flexible about that.

      Cons

      Everything else. Seriously, everything else. Don't waste your time, believe all the bad you read here and know the good was only posted by employee marketers who were forced to post.

      Good pay, Christmas gifts, Company Credit Card for expenses, and that's about it.

      Cons

      If you have good ideas, your bosses may be jealous of you and try to get rid of you for fear of outshining them.

      -Free lunches -Free Snacks -Free Drinks -Free Gym next door -Free Pluralsight -Open Office Environment, pretty slick!

      Cons

      -Weird company lingo that makes little sense when applied to everything in the company. 30/30 80/20 90/10 just throw numbers around and expect everyone to embrace a culture that is falling apart -Upper Leadership is extremely political and conniving towards each other. Product and Development don't get along. PMO is clueless. No one knows who the boss is. Lots of hubris and finger pointing in all directions. -Not enough leaders who can make change and improve things. -
