Breakfast and lunch are catered. Many refrigerators stocked with many different drinks. Casual dress code.

Cons

There is no concern for work-life balance. You are expected to work, or be available, 24 hours per day seven days per week. Many people work well in excess of 40 hours per week. The running joke among many people there is to see if new employees last one month.

Micromanagement. No clear direction. Interactions between madrid and dallas not fruitful. Intimidation techniques. Hiring wrong people for the wrong positions. Very high turnover. Our way or the highway.
