Pros

Enservio has some products that no one else in the industry has. Generally, everyone I work with on a day to day basis is wonderful. I like my direct manager. The work can be interesting and you will talk to a lot of different people throughout the country.

Cons

We've had no raises since Solera purchased the company. We were told this summer we would receive a raise and would receive the information by end of October. They said it would be retroactive until June. Suddenly, we have a new head of the division who tells us he has no control whatsoever over raises and that the company operates differently from any other company he has ever worked for. Our healthcare is very poor. I have one of the best plans the company offers and am still paying off a bill from last year. I feel like it is really more of an emergency health insurance plan. Our vacation time and sick time is lumped together. The most you can ever get is 15 days total. With no raises for years, bad healthcare, and very few vacation/ sick days I feel constantly stressed. Also, it is doubtful you will be recognized or ever offered a promotion. There is just no room to grow here.

Cons

As a High Achiever, you already put so much pressure on yourself to perform. Then you get threatening emails from supervisors to do even better which adds even more pressure, not to mention the stress of dealing with tragic or fatality calls. When managers rank you in the top 20% and it's still not good enough because other teams members did not meet their numbers yet you do, they tell you that no one gets the bonus. There have been NO pay rises or bonuses since Solera Holdings took over and the work environment has been toxic! As a High Acheiver and getting your numbers consistently but told that it's still not good enough will drive you to anxiety and depression. Meanwhile, CEO's and upper management reap the rewards of your labor, while you can't even make ends meet. There is NO support and NO reward for hard work with this company. I chose to get out while I still had some self respect left.
