      Limited Resources and Constant Changes Cause Insane Stress

      Pros

      The company provided a range of therapy options and psychiatric assistance, It helped people with severe issues like depression, anxiety, etc.

      Cons

      There was a terrible resource crunch here. Who's to blame for that? The leadership's poor planning. They were also quite pushy and expected miracles from the therapists. The workloads were brutal and impacted my mental health. Beware, or the stress would harm your mental health, and you won't be able to help anyone.

      Pros

      If it weren't for the fact the job was remote, I probably would've gone insane from the stress.

      Cons

      Fast-paced, heavy workloads, and constantly shifting priorities. Management sets high expectations but doesn't provide employees with any support. Communication is awful, and can at times lead to problems employees are forced to clean up after. Leadership is incompetent and lacks any experience, they also make a lot of terrible decisions but never take responsibility for them.

      The first person I talked to was nice.

      Cons

      Credentialing never did a thing. I waited and waited, but wasn’t credentialed with even one insurance company. I‘ve been practicing for 23 years & have always been paneled.
