Pros

Pay is not bad. They send you referrals.

Cons

Low client retention due to horrible billing problems. More interested in financial gain over client care. Prevents therapist from scheduling appointments if clients have a pending balance on their account. Expect to spend so much time chasing clients to complete accounts or set up an appointment.

Pros

Remote work and startup benefits.

Cons

They are trying to move into more channels before the product, services, or service is ready. Leadership is now all former analysts. No real clinical , healthcare, or success leadership. Very meeting heavy with 5-10 people attending because most don’t know or won’t take forward action. Most employees are either less than 6 months or 3-4 years and are now leadership with no leadership training or skills and no knowledge of mental healthcare. Lastly, because of the pivot to add more than direct to consumer there will be layoffs soon due to missing budget for the fake forecast.
