It feels good to be a part of a company working to better mental healthcare access for all. With the mission being so focused on overall health (physical and mental) it shows in the work/life balance at the company and you can tell that the People Ops team truly cares about employees. So many great resources to help in onboarding as well.

Cons

With so many resources available for new hires it can be overwhelming so would suggest refining the resources and ensuring all of them serve a necessary purpose.
