      Pros

      Pay was good. Loved having the flexibility this start up provided. The company swag. The convenience of being home.

      Some rounds of lay offs. No room for growth. Toxic positivity.

      Get some referrals, but not many follow through

      Cons

      Clients have been charged private-pay rates even though they have insurance and can't get reimbursed; customer service for both clients and therapists is slow to respond and extremely poor overall. There is NO way to contact anyone for help; frustrating and very embarrassing as a professional to work for these folks. Used to be better.
