-Great people, excited about what they do and with their hearts in the right place -Thoughtful, cutting-edge data and engineering teams -Product team works with UX team and drives constant improvements -Great benefits structure

Cons

-None that I've so far identified -Since it is a larger startup and growing fast, there is the beginning of bureaucracy and rigid structure, but for now, it seems all for the best

Great benefits (401k matching, health insurance, stock options, unlimited PTO) - Amazing co-workers - Good work-life balance - Parental leave - Fully remote - Very intelligent and smart colleagues - Awesome mission It does seem that company genuinely wants people to stay and grow with the company.

Cons

Startup culture does mean that there is a lot of work to be done and you have to learn to pace yourself

Pros

I joined SM a few months ago and one of the things that attracted me to the business was not only the mission, but the people. It is incredibly refreshing to work with such talented, collaborative and motivated folks. The leadership team is awesome - they have led with a transparent mindset and have genuinely made decisions with the best interest of the employees in mind.

Cons

The company is growing and still figuring out how to mature as a business. With that comes challenges and ambiguity, however, the teams are so collaborative I am confident we will get there and continue to lead the charge redefining the mental health space.
