      Pros

      Great mission and unique product.

      Cons

      - Toxic leadership from the top down. Cliques, lack of feedback/transparency. - Poor pay structure. The strategy is to hire candidates at 50% of market value. - Performance is arbitrary and based on perceived likeability. - Ironic in that they are a mental health company with a culture that makes employees need mental health. They are selling mental health but are not considerate of the mental health of their employees. - Poor communication. Not clear on what success looks like in each role. - Join at your own risk and make sure you vet your boss.

      The mission is extraordinary. The people are brilliant, motivated, and warm. The growth is really challenging, really exciting, and provides incredible opportunities to grow and lead.

      Cons

      Things are moving fast - be ready for an accelerated pace and a lot of growth and change. Resilience and adaptability are essential.
