      Flexible scheduling and the chance to build genuine relationships with clients.

      Cons

      - The mission to expand mental health access was inspiring, but the system supporting it was a complete disaster. - The scheduling platform constantly broke down. - Documentation requirements were overwhelming. - Payments were delayed far too often. - The structure designed to help clients only made the work harder and the therapist more exhausted. - It was infuriating to give so much hearth to a mission that crumbled under poor organization and neglect.

      A Company That Preaches Mental Health While Breaking Its Own Employees

      Helping clients find care was rewarding, and my coworkers genuinely cared about the people they served.

      Cons

      - Leadership was disorganized and clueless about how to support therapists. - Scheduling was chaotic, and communication from management was unreliable. - System updates constantly made work more difficult instead of improving it. - The workload kept piling up every month, yet pay and resources stayed the same. - Therapists were left to handle impossible caseloads with no real support or guidance. - Burnout spread through the team like wildfire while management turned a blind eye.

      Fake Reviews Can't Hide Awful You Are

      I think it's quite irrational for them to expect me to write any positive aspect of working here when I've had such a bad experience.

      Cons

      The leadership is horrible. These people push employees to write fake reviews online to hide how awful they are. The ridiculous approach isn't working as the employees know the truth. If you're a smart person, you'll easily spot the lies and avoid SonderMind as an employer.
