Cons
Deceptive - the positive reviews you see here are not genuine reviews. Several attempts were made internally to provoke positive and false reviews to “clean up” SonderMinds image. The company is a sham, and people are aware of it. So they have asked us to say positive things to change the negative scores and ratings to positive ones. They’re aware that they receive several complaints to the Better Business and have a team dedicated to falsifying the actions taken and “cleaning up” the negative image portrayed there as well. Even as far as LinkedIn to. Communication: this companies communication is non existent. Their horrible platform will experience technical issues daily and won’t tell any of their doctors or patients what’s going on. They experience outages and issues and have no real technical team in place to support the issues that come up. You’re left with no support and you don’t get the help they claim they provide. Don’t ever bother thinking you will help a patient or doctor. You’ll speak to someone’s concern one day and magically run into their account months or weeks later. It’s disgusting. Poor Billing: this company should be investigated for fraud, waste, and abuse. Their billing system doesn’t exist. The CEO and his sham of a team know that their billing system needs work but they don’t have actionable items in place to resolve the issue. Patients will call and complain about being billed months later for sessions. We don’t offer any sort of verification to tell people what they’ll pay, and the charges never align with what their insurance benefits will say. We’re robbing people for the sake of revenue and to appease stake holders. If you’re okay being a their and a liar you’re welcome to apply. Layoffs/Terminations: many of of are being terminated or laid off so they can hire contract workers. There are a decent amount of jobs on the site but if you don’t know someone personally here you more than likely won’t be hired. If you are you’ll end up being a contract worker or terminated so they can hire a contract worker. Training: training doesn’t really exist here. You just watch someone do the work for a day or two and then you’re on your own. Their “trainers” are people in management positions. You’re basically set up to fail. Management: management is trash. Like all jobs. They don’t really care about you. Just each other. Nothing really new here. Their HR are buddy buddy with the managers. Of course, so yeah don’t bother building a career here. Career growth: doesn’t exist. You’re forced to watch bosses pets promote. Basically the company is a joke. Between its horrible platform, technical and billing issues, and the deceptive practices it’s genuinely a miracle they’ve not been shut down. Corporate America thrives on this so maybe it’s not so much a shock?
