Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and providing us with your honest feedback. We are disheartened to hear that you are not satisfied with the hybrid work schedule as we have made improvements to our policy over the recent years. This has allowed our associates to have increased flexibility to work from home but also the opportunity for on-site collaboration with peers. It is also very important to us that associates have the support needed to develop their careers and a pathway to acheive their goals. To do so, we’re expanding our internal management training programs and our learning and development offering. We’re also standardizing processes around annual reviews and goal setting. We thank you again for your honest review as we are always looking for new ways to improve the organization.
