      Great culture, large network within the industry. Strong attention to training and development.

      Lack of internal movement/promotion. At times, can be bureaucratic.

      Teams are not micromanaged, flexible hours, fun work environment, good corporate culture.

      Cons

      The pay is average, raises- just like @McDonalds, no bonuses, no room for advancement.
