hypocrisy of management, salaries, poor communication from management, lack of educational opportunities, no opportunity for growth; it's not what you know that will get you ahead at Sonepar, it's who you know

They really care about their people. Great work/life balance. Privately owned and very family oriented. Cannot say enough good things about this company. Huge room for career growth.

internal processes are non existent and it is a chaotic environment. Can be VERY frustrating to work for this company.
