      Great marketing material and sales tools. Local branch/area autonomy regarding sales and decisions. Great breadth and depth of products to sell. Great people to work with who really care about the customer

      Upper management needs to visit the branch locations more often to learn about the business and listen to customer and/or employee concerns

      Great work/life balance; support for the best electrical distributors; very reasonable workload - not overworked, not bored - with process around development; professional development support.

      Cons

      Benefits average; projects are cancelled/postponed regularly; some of the tech is ancient or very difficult to work with but won't be replaced; meetings and more meetings.
