To strengthen a culture of inclusion and belonging at Sonepar, all managers complete training on unconscious bias and inclusion. Our Inclusion, Diversity, Equality and Action (IDEA) Council of senior leaders and eight grassroots-led employee resource groups work every day to promote a respectful and supportive work environment. It’s also important to us to equip managers with the training they need to foster a workplace where everyone can be successful. All new managers are required to complete the Sonepar iManage Program, and this year Sonepar is rolling out a new required training for managers called Managing Emotional Health and Employee Wellbeing, as well as Manager Development Guides that cover topics such as business & financial acumen, cultural awareness, diversity & inclusion, and emotional intelligence.
