Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you don’t have a positive impression of some individuals in our organization. Our supply chain management team is made up of experienced and capable leaders. We recognize that a lot is changing in processes and structures due to the supply chain investments Sonepar has made in the last few years. Change always brings growing pains, and the leadership team has received training on methods to help associates navigate these changes. The supply chain organization also regularly hosts meetings to bring associates in a variety of roles from across the US together to share best practices and their feedback. We hope that you’ll reach out to your HR business partner with specific concerns so that we can help address them.

Pros

I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at Sonepar and love the collaborative nature of the teams. I feel like my career goals are valued by management and that they encourage growth in my role.

Cons

The maternity leave policy is not ideal. It makes it hard to plan for a family when you get little time off compared to other comparably large companies, reduced pay during leave, and must rely on PTO/sick leave to get extended time off. I would hope that a company that values its female employees will consider this more in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are thrilled to hear that you have enjoyed working in a collaborative environment and feel valued by the management team. We also appreciate your comments regarding our parental leave policy and are disappointed that it did not meet your expectations. We strive to offer benefits that reflect the importance of planning and caring for a family. In fact, we recently expanded our childbearing and bonding leave benefits and will continue to look for ways to give our associates the flexibility and support they need as their families grow. Thank you again for sharing your feedback.
