      Pros

      I've been with Sonepar for about two years now and I could not be happier with my decision to join this company. I work in IT and I work with great people who know their stuff. Everyone is very helpful.

      Cons

      So far I haven't encountered one down-side working for this company.

      Great Culture and Exceptional Work Environment

      Pros

      The work environment is inviting and friendly. Most employees seem happy to be at work and really want success for the company. My favorite thing about Sonepar USA is that upper management takes the time to solicit and take into consideration the viewpoints of the staff. The training and innovation are top notch. It is also refreshing to work in an environment that prioritizes work/life balance and wellness.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons to add, however (full disclosure) I haven't been with the company for a long period of time.
