The People! I came from a company that I had been with for almost 18 years and Sonepar welcomed me with open arms and made my transition to a new company a good experience. The training is great, they are really good about training you at your own pace, so you don't get overwhelmed. Sonepar works hard at taking care of their employees and it shows. Flexible Hours. Happy Employees = Happy Customers!

Cons

The deadlines twice a month can occasionally interfere with life, but considering they are not every day, it's something you can adjust to.
