Pros

I am working at Sonepar USA a liitle over 3 years and i am on my second role. The 15 subsidiaries allow for many opportunities to grow within the company. There are some good managers who get overseen by bad ones, but the culture overall is great.

Cons

Need better FMLA benefits for new moms and dads. Need to train management that work life balance is important for associates.
