      Pros

      If you want to be part of a growing organization in a fast paced work environment, Sonepar is a strong contender. Sonepar employs the best of the best. The people here have a great work ethic, work hard, have a passion for the business, and know how to have fun all at the same time. Organizationally, the leadership is adaptable to the ever changing needs of the business and our customers. As large as Sonepar is globally, you have a family-like atmosphere with those you work around.

      Cons

      The decentralized model can pose some challenges; however great progress is being made to become more 'standardized' organizationally. Would love to see further investment with more enhanced technology in many functional areas that would make us more proactive versus reactive (old disparate, home grown systems specific to 1 group need to go away -invest in technology that automates and makes the day to day efficient and productive for not only our customers but the workforce).

      Pros

      There are so many learning opportunities here at Sonepar USA. I am more confidant in my practice due to the important task my managers entrust to me. Having leadership that instill confidence in the work place makes working here all the better. Plus, I get to work with an amazing group of people!
