      Pros

      If you are friends and family of the management at this particular store, you can be lazy and have no concept of management and will all be promoted to management. Despite the complaints, you can do no wrong and it's always everyone else's fault.

      Cons

      If you are not friends and family of management and do not have similar background (all foreigners), don't look to be promoted and don't think that you matter because you don't. Be prepared to be treated like a 5 year old and like you live in a third world country.

      Tons of Cons. Sonic is NOT the best place to shop and work for. ASI means nothing in here. Loyalty means nothing to this company. 5 years of 90 miles drive every single day and at the end. I got demoted. just flattering.... i can keep going and going and going.. but it doesn't matter since they will not care about it.

      - Management does not give a single * about your career. - Outdated CRM systems - Managers always blabbing about making calls to your lead everyday even if they expressed disinterest - Bosses/Managers make sexual jokes about females in sales room. - Working 6 days a week from 9am to 9pm = $2000 a month... sad
