Unfair earnings calculations (20 units equals 9.5k gross NOT 4.3) Understand there "PUR target adjustments" before accepting sales position. They take a percentage (PUR) from your gross which is a unobtainable goal comparison. Used vehicles are "pushed" into your inventory to sell that could not sell at other dealerships and come to your dealership with negative profit.
