Great people, above average pay for this position, ability to make many decisions on your own in certain areas such as designing your store appearance, hiring who you want.
Cons
Long hours due to the store opening up very early and closing very late. Although the pay for this position is adequate, high turnover exists because all other positions are very underpaid for the industry, limited control in certain areas such as price control.
