Love the guest interaction and time spent with the crew. Always something new every day.

Cons

Abusive mulit-unit partners who have minimal respect for the operating partners. Many refer to them as nobodies. Grew tired of these guys coming in and destroying the crews morale and then expecting me to get them pumped up again.

It Seems There Is An Unspoken Stress Between Upper Management That No One Wants To Address Or Talk About The Effects Thereof.
