Cons
Reactive management and planning. In just a few years, witnessed several RIFs. Pay lags behind market. Requirements to get pay increases is opaque, so expect to be stuck at your salary for the first few years, regardless of contributions. HR leadership is awful and unprofessional. The best part of working from home with Covid is not having to see these people on a regular basis. Behind on Diversity and Inclusion. It was insightful to see how the established male senior leadership treated more junior employees. I hadn't seen this much bullying since high school. It seems that the longer some employees are here, the more arrogant that they become. Note that all of the above are my opinions, derived from several years of observation.
