      Pros

      There are some wonderful people there, the lot is located in Culver City and it's part of the entertainment industry.

      Cons

      The management is the WORST. There is a culture of berating and harassment. I also experienced racial discrimination from bosses. They are cheap and slow with needed resources. There is also a strange culture of blame and gotcha politics (often shifting blame to innocent parties by the people who created the problem in the first place), but management never seems to be actually interested in fixing the problem, which is childish and ineffective.
