      Pros

      Good lunches on lot, Sony Discounts, and Free Screenings. Bathrooms are nice.

      Cons

      One of the worst working experiences ever. Management is extremely toxic and does not care for employee mental health. Stresses compliances as they are tyrannical in their process and wants employees to have tails between their legs. Curses out their employees if they get something wrong. Yells and shames them for not knowing material they were never taught. . Cannot be pleased. Toxic and insulting. I cannot stress just how toxic management is, and when you bite back, they retaliate with indirect insults. Insanely micromanaging. Argumentative and dismissive.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, decent compensation and perks associated with working in the entertainment industry.

      Cons

      I worked in HR when the prior head of HR was still there. I hear good things about the current head of HR. It was a highly toxic work environment fraught with all kinds of bad behavior. At the time, SPE executive management had a lot of bullies who were over-entitled, overrated and overpaid people and had no business holding leadership positions.

      Don't try to be over 40 and plan to work here

      Pros

      Pretty studio lot with a coffee bean and yogurland. Average pay.

      Cons

      They are very shortsighted. I liked the company but I saw too many very good people being eased out who were over 40, especially the clerical people. I am 31 and it scared me. I realize this is the entertainment industry but come on. Don't be so cliche when it comes to age!
