      Best Work Experiences

      Pros

      Some of the coolest people I've ever met work there. Super flexible work schedule. Work experience you won't find anywhere else. The management on the CaptionCall side is better than the management on the Sorenson side at everything. Hands down.

      Cons

      No room for career advancement. The C-Suite Execs are constantly changing. There's a lot of talent in the IT department that gets wasted because no one listens to them or lets them put their skills to use. Too many people in corporate try to make sure they have a good reputation and look good to the C-Level instead of focusing on the customers. At the end of the day, they could care less about any of their employees.

      Remote Work is the biggest benefit

      Cons

      They have made attempts to improve but the new owners and CEO brought a toxic atmosphere with lots of layoffs and culture is still improving. Still hard to tell what direction the company will go in as far as commitment to making employees lifes better

      You get to work remote

      Cons

      Literally everything besides the fact that you get to work remote. Most of the staff is insufferable, getting a raise is out of the question, the management is constantly changing, the accuracy standards can sometimes be difficult to meet for reasons outside of your control but they still punish you, etc.
