      Good experience working with excel. Good experience building transferable skills - task management, working with difficult people

      Cons

      Middle management goes whatever direction the wind blows them, whether it makes sense or not. The expectations and workload for operations coordinators are entirely too high for the compensation. No real opportunities to move up or around. Extremely skimpy raises

      Pros

      Great company services for the deaf. Good to be with a company that is making a difference in the deaf community. Great co-workers.

      Cons

      Recent management changes have impacted culture in a negative way. Management makes poor decisions, a lot of politics which causes issues to not be handled appropriately.
