      good workplace at the start but work satisfaction has gone downhill

      Pros

      The company was a good place to work for when I first started but with budget cuts and more emphasis on increasing productivity to unrealistic standards that didn't make sense in the first place with decreasing compensation. The experience has gone downhill and there has been a huge favorism within the company. If you aren't close friends with people in upper management, your chance of getting a promotion is slim to none.

      Cons

      I've worked at this place for a little over 6 years and there's no room for career advancement in the company. The majority of promotions (what little of it) has gone to hearing employees in the company and doesn't go to deaf employees.
