      This is the worst corporate environment I've worked in. It's an extremely toxic environment where nobody is focused on solutions, but more focused assigning blame and micromanaging. You get questioned for doing things that are part of your job responsibility. The new CEO doesn't inspire confidence and this shows in the company's products. Just download Forum and see what a horrible user experience it has.

      Pros

      Great people (employees, not the new leadership) who believe in the mission to help others. The majority of my career there, felt like family. Career opportunities and additional training provided.

      Cons

      New ownership lost sight of who we are, money and titles are more important that the purpose and the people. They say all the right things, but actions say something totally different. Talk a lot about leadership but have few qualities of true leaders. Bullies and kingdom builders now...., sad as the company use to make me proud of who we were and what we meant to the deaf community.

      Get to help Deaf and hard of hearing people communicate They used to treat contributors well Coworkers were great to work with

      New management that doesn't know what they are doing and ruined the culture Laid off or fired most everyone that were experts in the business and the systems.
