Pros

Ability to take huge ownership stakes in your projects. You're never bored because there are so many amazing things going on at once, you're able to hop on board with something new at the drop of a hat. You'll get experience in numerous industries all at a single company.

Cons

Lots of challenges and very fast paced.

Pros

Employees are given responsibilities and are exposed to difficult situations but given the space to complete the tasks the way we think is right. Encouraged to come up with & suggest our own ideas, unlike a typical corporation where employees develop a heads-down & narrow focus to their tasks. The atmosphere is pretty cool & we've the freedom to come in and leave whenever we want.

Cons

Work is pretty hectic & hence work-life balance is not too great. There're no sports or recreational facilities in the office premises.

Start Up culture, latest technologies to work on, really awesome projects both internal as well as clients.

Cons

Just like other start-ups its very performance driven. Also it may be a bit unsettling for people who are used to a structured, big company setup.
