Creative workplace, pleasant coworkers, plenty of accessibility to great books, you get to meet writers, travel occasionally, depending on your position, superb location, and growth chances. Excellent team spirit throughout all divisions, particularly in Sales. We come from all backgrounds, yet we work well together to achieve our company's objectives.

Cons

So far, all my experiences are positive. It's been a pleasure to work with such interesting people.
