      Terrible Company to Work For, Stay Away!

      Pros

      CEO is a decent person but more concerned about "saving the environment" than running the company. Bad senior management hires in Canadian region have wrecked the company's prospects in North America.

      Cons

      Extremely cliquey. This is an Australian company and the attitude is if it doesn't come from Australia, it's second-rate. Australian management and consultants transplanted to other regions are extremely arrogant towards clients and other employees in those regions. If you are outside the inner circle, you're treated as a number and advancement will be difficult. This company hires and fires on a whim. Little or no respect for individuals. This company talks a lot about how great their values are but they do a poor job living up to them.

      Pros

      Very smart team You learn a lot from working with people who have amazing experience (if you have work that is) Office location is very good (if that makes any difference now)

      Cons

      Clients are disappointed in the work and are not renewing. Smart people (above) are very opinionated and not necessarily the best consultants New leadership is super arrogant (the favorite line is "see how humble am I? I am good in displaying humility!") Leadership has no respect for the technical opinions of the Toronto office employees Dated approach to cloud computing (and the clients are dropping) No Sales, No clients prior to Covid-19 and probably worse situation as their clients are disappearing Lies openly in interviews about how wildly successful they are!

      Client focused, technology driven and top notch exec team

      Pros

      - the company is really focused on large enterprises, they have a motto of "we are successful when our clients are successful" - most of the employees are smart, genuine, and willing to help - challenging projects for the field of professional services - employee growth are one of the highest priority for the execs and it shows in their day to day

      Cons

      - growing pain fro the growth spurt a couple years ago and some of the decisions made back then is back firing - lack of processes but improving - certain roles in management are overloaded
