Pros

Great students, good work life balance, decent benefits because of Mosers but they are below average when compared to other universities.

Cons

Benefits continue to decline each year and are less than other universities. The benefit package used to be a reason to work at SEMO, but not any more. Many of the managers are hired simply because they are already within the system. Many of the internal processes are outdated and change is frowned upon. Pay is not competitive and raises are a joke.
