PTO accrues quickly, Health Insurance premiums are paid by employer, and that's about it.

Cons

The top two directors within SFS are dishonest and incompetent. The wages are so low, you're better off working in fast food if you want a promotion, proper training, or your voice to be heard.

Flexible schedule and decent benefits for people who do not have a large family to support.

Cons

Pay does not depend on the workload or skillset, but rather who you report to. There is a very large issue with compression that is not being addressed.
