They Pay Good but Terrible Conpany

The pay is exceptional compared to any other data entry job. 8 paid holidays. No vacation accrued until after your first year... oops had to get to 20 words

Where to even begin? I don’t think I worked for a company that cares less about their employees. The worst part is that they pretend to care but it just slows down our billing. Quarterly and annual meetings asking for our opinions and feedback but no changes are ever made. Micromanagement. My job is to bill. We work in Las Vegas our closest customer is in Texas. Strictly enforced dress code for no apparent reason, breaks and lunches are on the dot. They monitor if we use too many paper cups, and we clock in on assigned clocks. Maybe the should tell us exactly what time we can use the restroom to make it even more enjoyable. Management is a joke. No one ever has any accountability and somehow everyone is only the messenger. Our main boss in South Carolina comes maybe once a year to tell us about new company policies, and make sure everyone’s nose is clean but otherwise doesn’t care about what we do.
