Pros
Great folks who actually "work" there. Respectable company in the industry with proven records of satisfaction and success.
Cons
Too much old school thinking, i.e. "we've always done it this way"; lots of do as I say, not as I do from Management staff; Upper management doesn't do enough due diligence to really see and understand what's truly going on at each terminal. Core employees are fearful to be honest about most work day situations due to reprecussions after the fact.
