SCW has a positive culture and wonderful employees. However, their informal training and development lacks linear goals.

great people, office location is easy to get in/out, laid back atmosphere, 401k plan. Career growth seems very possible if your dedicated to calling and developing new customers.

Cons

Cost of medical coverage is high, training isn't defined, no remote working options.
