Great culture and atmosphere to grow into a sales professional. Everyone is friendly but up for some competition.

Cons

I would appreciate better coffee in the break room :)

Pros

A fun, fast-paced environment. Casual dress code and a strong sense of community. Extremely caring C-level management that filters down to the floor captains. Great compensation and the ability to do extremely well if you're a driven person. The SCW team feels like a family!

Cons

Hours can be long during busy season but that just means your making money!

I have been working at SCW for about two years now. I a seasoned worker and this is by far the best place I have worked. Love IT LOVe IT.
