Family oriented sales environment with growing pains

Pros

SCW is all around a good company to work at with great people but you must have a franchise mindset and be willing to challenge the norm to succeed. Several negative reviews are from people who were young and expecting the company to do for them vs them doing for the company. This is commissioned sales so the better your sales the more money you will make and if you can't figure out how to own your franchise you will not succeed. People and processes are the companies top strengths

Cons

Growing pains and sales culture inhibits growth Several changes in the last 12 months had mixed results. Commissions are not on par with the competition and results in less talented employees and very low retention. No real sales manager vs multiple process oriented managers
