Wonderful, welcoming environment

Pros

Variety of People including lots of women, POC, LGBT+. Fairly casual, friendly environment. Office Dogs. Fun events around the holidays. "Nerdiness" is encouraged.

Cons

Most of your day is on the phone, calls must be made constantly. Sometimes the environment can be distracting but it's not ALL day.

Pros

I've been working with SCW for over 7 years. I was not always in management but was promoted into this position in the first couple years with the company. There are always new opportunities for growth within the company. All employees are notified whenever a new job opportunity is available so anyone can apply. The people I work with are kind, helpful, hardworking, and like a big family. SCW has family events, great healthcare, and fun office holiday events.

Cons

When you address anything you feel like you would like to improve, they take it consideration or work toward improving. I don't have much for cons.

Relaxing environment with compassionate, and experienced leadership. Easy place to set and goals in this unique, friendly environment that appreciates and respects it's employees.

Cons

If you aren't self disciplined, you might find the freedom a challenge
