      Pros

      - great people and fun environment - free drinks, foosball and ping pong, company-wide events, etc. - management does a great job of recognizing high performers - if you work hard and produce results, you will be noticed! - management is accessible and supportive - company is growing quickly and heading in a positive direction - especially great growth and developmental opportunities for recent grads

      Cons

      - work/life balance can be an issue for some, depending on the department - working remotely is generally not an option

      Pros

      This company truly is a pay for performance place. Their are constant promotions going on for people who work hard. The company is also growing rapidly which means there is always opportunity to pick up new challenges. The co-workers are great, they really seem to hire good people and the office atmosphere and social aspect are great.

      Cons

      The pay is a little lower compared to the nearby city but the opportunity for career growth is a lot higher here than other companies.

      Pros

      I have really loved working at Sovos. The team is incredibly supportive and focused on personal and professional growth. The sales team has been very successful recently and this is reflected in their compensation. The market has a very positive outlook. The company invests heavily in training. Before I was hired these negative glassdoor reviews worried me, but my experience has been altogether positive. For recent grads, vacation and benefits are very good. Health care is affordable if it is just for the employee.

      Cons

      I hear that people are not as happy at the Wilmington office. Working at home is discouraged.
