Pros
I am in sales and the work environment is very energetic. As every month, quarter, and year ramp up to a close, EVERYONE (up to and including the CEO) are on standby to assist with anything.
The pay is great next to other sales jobs, and the pipeline build is swift with deals closing regularly after the 3-4 month range after hire.
My coworkers are very respectful of others and there is a good team atmosphere. Especially in the beginning, everyone pitches in to help on deals and calls. Senior management is VERY supportive - serving as thought partners throughout the sales process and jumping into calls whenever needed.
Andy, the CEO, is very accessible. Despite having an awesome high-level vision for the company and its growth, he will also sit and chat one-on-one with you at a happy hour.
Overall, the best working experience I have had in 15+ years of jobs.
Cons
Benefits could be better. High deductible plan is tough for families. Though they pitch in for expenses before deductible is met, which helps.
