There does not seem to be a great deal of room for advancement. There is a very high turnover rate so the work is constantly being shuffled.

For a company that is growing rapidly you would think they would make a better investment into their employees but they don't. It's a 'good ol boys club' where employees are often misled. Far below average pay with strict hours, uncomfortable work environment, no training and little to non existent recognition. If you want to brush up on skills while you are waiting for a more rewarding and challenging opportunity then you can easily get a job here. They are constantly hiring not only due to acquisitions but mainly because they can't keep quality employees. The lack of transparency is mind blowing.
