      Growing company, few growth opportunities.

      Pros

      Generally hire good people. Growing company that seems to have a good direction in mind.`

      Cons

      Pay is generally low across the board. Due to this, there is a pretty high turnover rate in several departments. Have not seen much opportunity for career growth despite the company growing quickly. Company is generally divided between old holdovers from previous ownership and newer hires, which can cause some friction at times.

      Pros

      Has some normal software company problems, but they have figured out a lot. I enjoy the work to life balance here, I can have a life outside work.

      Cons

      Still very young, seems like certain people may be in the wrong roles for best success. Less transition now than there was before.
