Thank you for your feedback. I am always pleased, but never surprised, to hear positive feedback about our employees. Sovos is filled with talented, motivated and resilient individuals who really live our core value of Be Collaborative by Rowing Together. I am very proud to work alongside each and every person here. I do understand your feedback about compensation. I can assure you we benchmark all of our roles to understand how we line up against other employers in markets in which we operate. When we do this, we consider the complete compensation package that we offer here at Sovos. This of course includes salary, but there are also additional monetary benefits and valuable perks that can significantly enhance the overall value of your compensation. While these differ based on the countries in which we operate, in the US our package beyond salary includes some key things I’d like to take this chance to highlight. Inclusion in our company corporate bonus program, which has a strong performance history resulting in employee payouts. Our flexible time off, myTime program, enables employees to take the time away from work that they need to achieve work-life balance. Yes, we need to take vacations! Tuition reimbursement assistance, which can help you further your education and career development without incurring additional costs. Our HSA seed and annual match are market leading, which can assist you in managing healthcare expenses more efficiently and with fewer out of pocket costs. Our 401k match is a great way to save for your future retirement with an aggressive vesting schedule, and our volunteer time off program allows you to give back to the community while being supported by the company. Lastly, I’d like to call out that our career focused culture allows an average of one third of our employees to make career moves each year. All of these components can add to your financial wellness and to your overall job satisfaction and work-life balance. If you have any questions about any of this, my door is always open. -Ruth Fornell Chief Commercial Officer

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your experience with us. I am so pleased to hear that you have positive experiences with your co-workers and that you appreciate the dynamic nature of our company with busy seasons and off seasons. We also value your interest in growth opportunities within the company. However, we understand your concerns about the challenges associated with acquisition. It can indeed lead to a lack of a streamlined operation. We acknowledge this issue and are continuously working to address it. Our commitment to improving operational efficiency and creating a more cohesive work environment is unwavering. If you have any ideas for how we could streamline the operations that impact you, I would love to hear them. My door is always open Paul Banker General Manager

Thank you for your feedback. I agree with you, our flexible time off policy is great. Work life balance is so important. I understand your frustration about disorganization between teams. Sovos is a very highly matrixed organization where teams work cross-functionally with frequency. Sometimes that can make things feel more complex or complicated than necessary. However, there are many very compelling reasons why we chose this model. It allows for diverse skill development, increased opportunities for collaboration and networking, greater exposure to leadership, empowerment for employees, a truly global perspective as well as career opportunities. Which is why I am surprised to hear that you found limited opportunities for advancement. Close to 25% of all of our open roles in FY23 were filled internally. I wish you had spoken to me about some of your concerns directly, but I wish you the best of luck as you move forward. - Ruth Fornell, COO
